Bensalemways attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data collected

• Bookings and price requests: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email (optional), date, time and place of pick-up, route, flight number, number of passengers and pieces of luggage, children’s ages, free message.
• Exchanges with our team: WhatsApp messages, emails and calls related to your trip.
• Website chat assistant: the questions you ask, used to answer you.
• Technical data: the host’s connection logs (IP address, browser), needed for the security of the website.

We do not collect any bank details on the website.

3. Purposes

• Processing and confirming your bookings, organising transfers and tours, contacting you on the day of travel.
• Answering your quote requests and questions.
• Following up after the service (complaints, lost property).
• Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website.

Your data is never sold or used for advertising purposes.

4. Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the Bensalemways team and to the driver in charge of your service. It is stored by our web host (Hostinger). When you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages pass through that service, provided by WhatsApp LLC (Meta group), under its own terms.

5. Retention period

Booking data is kept for as long as necessary for the service and its follow-up, then for the period required by legal and accounting obligations. Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than three years after the last exchange.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, write to us at contact@bensalemways.com or on WhatsApp at +212 6 44 59 32 26, giving your name and, where applicable, your booking reference. We will reply as soon as possible. You may also contact the CNDP (Morocco) or the data protection authority of your country of residence.

7. Cookies and third-party services

The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. It only sets:

• a technical cookie “bw_seen” (30 minutes), so that the loading screen is not shown again on every page;
• the cookies needed for WordPress to work, for example for access to the administration area or the cart.

Route maps are displayed using OpenStreetMap, and the “View on Google Maps” or “Write on WhatsApp” links open third-party services, subject to their own policies.

8. Security

The website is only accessible over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to bookings is restricted to our team, and each ticket is protected by a unique key.
